- Yes, for company customer, please complete and send an inquiry form. If you need immediate response, please call us. Please have the information such as drawings and quantities ready. We will not accept an order from a private customer. Thank you for your understanding.
- Will you accept order from a distant place?
- Yes, we have dealings with customers located nationwide, from Fukuoka in the west to Miyagi in the east. Our products are shipped using various consolidated transport carriers to save the transportation cost. Also, our sales personnel can visit your location.
- Can I request the ordered products be manufactured at the Vietnam plant?
- Yes, we will consider that if requested on the inquiry. But, please note that some manufacturing process cannot be carried out at the Vietnam plant.
- Will you deliver products from Vietnam plant directly to overseas?
- Yes, we will introduce the person in charge in the Vietnam plant to you; so please consult with the personnel directly.
- Will you provide an inspection data at the time of delivery?
- Yes, we will attach an inspection data. Without any indication from you, a sampling size will be set as N=1 and values will be noted on the sheet.
- Will you receive an order for prototype fabrication only?
- Yes, but we are not a prototyping company, an order of prototyping only might not allow us to offer you cost benefits. Otherwise, we are always ready to receive a prototyping/development order with the mass production possibility (the medium lot; to be repeated) and offer a great cost benefit via VA/VE proposals.
- Will you receive an order for surface treatment only, heat treatment only, or the like?
- We are afraid that basically we could not accept an order for secondary treatment only, but we may introduce a proper company to you.
- Are 3D data or other formats supported?
- Yes, we use MasterCAM and can convert between IGES, STEP, and other format files. Also, 2D DWG or DFX files can be read.
- Do you offer tours for your manufacturing plant?
- We offer plant tours only for present customers we have dealings with. For organizations and educational institutions, please contact us via our inquiry form. Please complete the form, giving us the purpose, number of participants, date, and other information.
